I think you need to test each battery under load.. I'm a believer that you should never change only one battery.. when a battery goes sour.. change all six..  you should be operating with the same kind of battery that came in the car... the Delta Q charger is probably programmed for the Deka GEL.. listed as an 8G31 battery.. if you have replaced the one battery with say a AGM batters and the rest are GELs the charger will not charge them fully.. I haven't been able to re-program my Delta Q.. know Old House boater has a friend who knows how to wiggle his nose while standing on his head and can do it.. way above my pay grade.. 

bottom line.. re-think what you've done to now.. if the batteries are not the same.. there is your problem.. chances if you didn't put the 'like' batteries that were in your car to begin with.. your charger is not charging them all the way up

• Disconnect AC power from the outlet.
  
• Remove the positive lead from the battery pack.
• Apply AC power and the charger will display the charge profile number after the power on self-test:

1. All charge profiles will display as a series of flashes of the ‘80%’ LED light.
2. Charge profiles #1-6 will also be indicated by the ammeter LEDs (see user guide for more information).
3. Charge profile number display runs for 11 seconds, then is completed.

• Remove the AC Power source and reconnect the positive lead.

 Enter charge profile display mode, as described above.

• While the charge profile number is displayed—for 11 seconds—touch the positive lead to the battery pack’s positive terminal for 3.0 seconds (+/- 0.5 seconds).
• Remove the positive lead from the battery pack. The charge profile number will increase incrementally.
• To advance the charge profile number again, repeat steps 2 and 3 within 30 seconds.
• To lock in the desired charge profile as the default, touch the positive lead to the positive terminal and hold it until the relay clicks. This will take around 10 seconds. The new default algorithm is now stored.
• Remove the AC power source and check the default charge profile (as described above).
• Contact your original equipment manufacturer (OEM) if your battery pack is not supported by the charge profiles loaded onto your charger.

Delta-Q has a number of algorithms optimized for a range of batteries from most major battery manufacturers. Whilst we have over 100 production algorithms for a variety of major battery manufacturers and are always working on developing and optimizing this library we don't have optimized algorithms for every manufacturer. 
Many algorithms are optimized for a specific manufacturer's battery but can perform well with similar size or capacity batteries. e.g. Algorithm #5 is specifically designed for Trojan 31XHS batteries but will perform well with Trojan 30XHS, and similarly sized Trojan 27TMX or SCS225’s.
In some cases, algorithms may work well with other manufacturer's batteries of similar type and capacity. Contact the manufacturer of the vehicle, machine, or device for specific algorithm recommendations on the batteries they support. Authorized Delta-Q distributors will also be able to assist with algorithm recommendations for chargers they sell. This table is a list of the common battery algorithms along with descriptions and the batteries we have tested them with. If your battery does not appear on the list we would suggest matching the batteries you have following these criteria:

• Firstly  match the battery chemistry, Flooded, AGM or gel.
• Secondly, choose an algorithm with an Amp Hour range which matches your battery (all ranges in the table are the C/20 rate found on battery data sheets).
• Thirdly, if your battery is not listed in the table but you have found more than one algorithm which has the correct chemistry and amp hour range you can use the battery manufacturer to separate them.
